Our renovations focus on a seamless, custom approach. The renovated space
should blend within your current environment while adding efficiency and
value to your home. We stay informed about the latest industry styles and
products and have close relationships with many Atlanta vendors/retailers to
provide our clients with the best material selection with affordable
pricing. We offer design-build services, and our Kitchen and Bath designer
can provide layout options, as well as semi-custom and custom cabinetry
selections. We perform several Kitchen & Bath renovations each year,
ranging from moderate to high-end/luxury finishes. Obtaining necessary
building permits and inspections is included in our project scope; and, we
have a GA Contractor’s License, a legal requirement since July 2008. In
business since 1987, our family-owned and operated firm includes a team of
Project Managers, Superintendents, Sr. Remodelers, and Administrative
Support. Throughout the duration of your project, a dedicated Construction
Supervisor is assigned and provides daily onsite management support and
maintains client communication. All projects are clearly defined in a

General Contractor

insurance restoration companies. Our remodeling services include but are
not limited to: Additions, Kitchens, Baths, Basements, Master Suites,
Porches, Decks, Front Stoops, Exterior Renovations, Outdoor Kitchens, etc.
Obtaining necessary building permits and inspections is included in our
project scope; and, we have a GA Contractor’s License, a legal requirement
since July 2008. We have received multiple regional contracting awards for
various interior renovations. In business since 1987, our family-owned and
operated firm includes a team of Project Managers, Superintendents, Sr.
Remodelers, and Administrative Support. Throughout the duration of your

Handy Man
Our Handy Man Service was born out of client request as a cost-effective
solution to minor repairs and home improvements. Perfect for Inspection
Repairs, Resale Preparation, Honey-Do Lists, Home Maintenance, etc., our
Lead Servicemen are long-term employees, English-speaking, arrive promptly,
and can provide any necessary materials. Our Servicemen have construction
management experience and are experienced in multiple trades and skills to
be able to quickly and efficiently solve a variety of issues. Services
include but are not limited to Interior/Exterior Trim/Window Repairs,
Carpentry, Framing, Installation of Bath/Door Hardware and
Plumbing/Electrical Fixtures, Furniture / Toy Assembly, Sheetrock Repair and
Installation, Paint Touch-ups, Water Damage, Wood Rot, Caulking, Tile
Repairs and Installation, etc. Warranties apply to all projects. Itemized
labor and material pricing is provided with hourly rates beginning at

#2. The service was as described in the Home Contractor evaluation guide
that I received. The handymen arrived early and stayed on task until the
work was completed. I was most impressed with the “pre-work” efforts that
were done prior to their arrival on the jobsite and the fact that Totally
Dependable (TD) gave me the option to purchase my own materials to help
defray my total cost. TD sought out the manufacturers installation
directions and had me submit photos of the jobsite before beginning.
