Meek uses experienced in-house and sub-contracted professional tradesman for the entire scope of the project. The combination of both employee and sub-contractor working as a team results in high-end, quality, finished products, on a consistent basis. W.C. Meek will undertake projects of any size, as long as the Client wants to do a proper job with no short cuts, and the Client realizes that good workmanship, materials and service have a relative cost, and will take a realistic timeline to execute. The W.C. Meek philosophy is simple, plan it right from the start and follow the plan. As the project progresses, all parties that are involved are provided with an account of all facets of the project, at all stages – Design / Costs / Timelines. This initial plan is a base point for reference that will help keep the project on track.
W.C. Meek believes that listening to the clients requirements for design and functionality, budget and time constraints, coupled with a continuous line of open communication, is the key to a projects success.
We believe that in order to achieve success in “REALITY”, you need to build it in “THEORY” first, using our documented process.

Green products or services Available upon request. “When we were meeting with contractors prior to embarking on our renovation/addition, we could immediately see a difference between Bill Meek and the other three contractors we interviewed – attention to detail. 
…The initial meeting ran over three hours with Bill, whereas the other three took less than an hour. Given the size of the project, we were surprised at the lackadaisical attitude of the other contractors. The really glaring difference was when we received estimates from the four contractors. …This is our fourth time renovating, and in the past we have found that at the half-completed point, contractors will typically come up with a list of costs not included in their original estimate that blow the original estimate out of the water. Our experience with Bill was different, in that he showed a good grasp of the scope of the project in his estimate. As the work on the house got underway, our confidence in Bill and his crew grew to the point that we drastically increased the scope of the work. Our original intention had been to get the reno/addition done, and then in 5-10 years undertake to do all the woodwork that would be needed to fulfill our dream. Once we saw the attention to detail and the quality of work that Bill’s crew was capable of, we pushed the final phase of the project forward. … We were very pleased with the outcome of the project, and are glad we did the extra work while the renovation was underway. Throughout the process, we appreciated Bill’s calm demeanor, and his flexibility, and the craftsmanship shown by his crew.”
