Where to Start
QUESTION: I am trying to renovate a home that has been vacant for two years. There is much to be done. My question is do I start with the plumbing, floors, bathroom, basement,or kitchen; inside or outside of the house? I will be doing this long distance.
-- Pat Jones from Cincinnati, OH
ANSWER:
I would highly recommend you get an on-site general contractor because of the level of work being done and for supervising purposes.
