Astounding Bungalow Renovation

This 1950s brick bungalow – situated on the Scarborough bluffs in Toronto – was small and outdated. Planning for the future was a key theme, as our client wanted a home to meet the changing needs of their family. Structural plans included building a second-storey addition, reconfiguring the main floor and enlarging the kitchen. The vision of this end-goal began with the implementation of a comfortable and spacious floor plan.
