When building a home from the ground up, it’s not necessarily simple to envision what may go inside. Staring into the deep hole of the foundation, the last thing on most homeowners’ minds is the placement of the bathtub or the type of flooring that will eventually lie underfoot. Fortunately, when Superior Construction took hold of this Toronto property, they had their plans firmly in mind. Demolishing a small home that previously stood on the land, they created a structure that would easily adhere to many families’ idea of a dream home. Ebony Kitchen & Bath was called in to create the beautiful custom-built kitchen and bathrooms for which the company is known. These luxurious areas are the most important for resale value, and Ebony’s exacting touches on the four bathrooms and large kitchen area undoubtedly contributed to its quick sale.

Renovating From the Inside Out
Sometimes, a dream home is not the one that lasts forever - it is the home that allows homeowners to change with their needs, wants and even the rest of the neighborhood. Such was the case with this Calgary home, built in 1960 as a 1,300-square-foot bungalow ...
