Style, storage & function were all key for this small space with BIG dreams. A custom home with a not-so-custom kitchen, needed a face lift that would keep within the limitations of the space. AyA stepped up to the challenge and proved that good things come in small packages.

The high ceiling paired with short cabinets, means this kitchen isn’t reaching its full potential. Muted colours with no contrast leave the space feeling uninviting and uninspiring.
This large window (which faces a brick wall) is impractical for this small kitchen that desperately needs room for storage. The positioning of the stove and peninsula sink leaves little working counter space.
An understated fireplace leaves the room with no real focal point and wasted space with odd nooks on either side, resulting in a look which feels unbalanced and unfinished.
