Kitchen After

In the new kitchen, we added a 48” Sub-Zero fridge flanked by two pull-out pantries. This creates a strong symmetrical statement. The gloss black pantries are curved to minimize the bulkiness of the fridge and to create contrast.

One of the client requirements was a baking center. It was important for our client to have easy access to the ovens without putting tremendous strain on the body by bending and reaching into low ovens and drawers. To accommodate this, we created a 42" raised top, keeping the ovens at a convenient and very accessible height. In this center we have added storage for cookie sheets.

The sink is a square contemporary under-mount from Blanco, combined with instant hot water on the left and a soap dispenser on the right. The faucet is made Ladylux by GROHE.

In this picture, you will notice some extra storage space created for these avid cooks. We installed a 36" chef's pantry.

The unique artistic backsplash in the kitchen is always a focal point of conversation. The combination of stainless steel and glass tile was selected very carefully. The result is a true reflection of our client’s colorful personality.

These custom bowed leg details are a point of interest and take away from the bulkiness of traditional cabinetry.

What all bakers need in a clutter-free kitchen: an island with built-in mixing center from Bosch.
