The porch and walkway were finished with a unique square-cut flagstone and facing stone. All stone is 100% natural. By lining the flower beds in preparation for the walkway and front porch, we were able to achieve our client’s objectives of making them both inviting and appealing.

One of the challenges that we had for the front porch was dressing up the two beams supporting the roof overhang. Our client wanted something natural, as opposed to stucco. We custom built the two cedar pillars and installed tounge-and-groove cedar soffit to tie it all together.

The entire main floor was gutted. We decided it was easier to start from an open space and work to the layout that our client wanted. By gutting out the main floor, we were able to remove any existing rotted wood or other deficiencies from the original house, thus reassuring our clients that all would be built to the best quality possible.

The front hall is defined by its beautiful custom glass closets with decorative trim. The closets encompass an attractive storage area on top. They were painted white and sky blue for a bright, airy and clean look. The natural limestone flooring also complemented the foyer.
