The story of Custom Service Hardware is not unique. It is the story a family business growing into a successful company that is able to provide a living for many other families. It is a story of the American Dream that plays itself out in thousands of places in this country through that hard work of American workers, loyalty of customers, and the blessings of our Creator. Our story began as a local waterbed company that on occasion sold parts to other friends in the business. With the help of two daughters counting out product in the basement, the wholesale part of the business grew even though the waterbed industry wasn’t. The business was redirected into the cabinet industry and into the remodeled family barn. Thirty-seven years, several patents, a couple of warehouses, and many memories later, Custom Service Hardware has become an international wholesaler to cabinet makers, furniture makers, and contractors throughout the United States and many other spots on the globe. Recently, we have responded to the requests of our customers by manufacturing and stocking some specialty products and eliminating the need for our customers to wait weeks for custom products. While our story is not unique, it is one that we are proud of. We are thankful to the customers who have put their trust in us to provide the products and service they need to satisfy their customers. We look forward to many more years of serving you.
