With our team of registered health care providers, general contractors and licensed architects, we are uniquely positioned to assess, design and build accessible living environments that meet the individual needs of our diverse clientele. We specialize in building and/or modifying homes that look magnificent while encompassing Universal Design Principles to create a barrier-free living environment for both aging and special needs individuals.

Homes built or renovated by Barabco AccessAbility incorporate the concepts and principles of Universal Design and look indistinguishable from any other custom home. They do not look contrived, dated or institutional, nor do they sacrifice balance, beauty and comfort for accessibility. Barabco AccessAbility homes are designed to create a magnificent custom home with "invisible" accessibility that will allow aging or disabled individuals to live in their home for as long as they desire.

At Barabco AccessAbility we believe accessible home modifications should beautify and enhance the value of your existing living environment.

At Barabco AccessAbility, our Universally Designed housing far exceeds the minimum specifications as legislated by the Canadian Building Code on barrier-free and accessible housing. Our projects apply Universal Design Principles to all spaces, features and aspects of the house to create a home that is usable by people of all ages and abilities. Our Universally designed homes have the unique quality of being totally accessible while maintaining the aesthetic appearance of a spectacular high-end custom home.
