Basement water issues

We purchased an 18yr old home about 14 months ago, one of the main advantages of the home was the huge finished basement, however now we have water issues in the basement. When the AC is running and it's humid outside the duct work sweats so bad that the carpet is wet underneath. We purchase a large SaniDry dehumidifier unit and the humidity is now controlled but the duct work is still sweating badly. We have called in multiple contractor/waterproofing companies and they are all at a loss and have said they've never seen anything like it before. Please help! I have pictures as well if that would help.
