Heritage Home Rehabilitation

When the owners of this late 19th-century home felt like their space was getting too cramped for their family’s needs, they called Bryant Renovations to help them open it up. An underutilized attic and chopped-up main floor were their main concerns. Bryant Renovations’ designer suggested removing the walls, while retaining the home’s heritage features. The budget for this renovation was $200,000, with the project being done in two parts, starting with the main floor in 2006, and finishing with the third floor in the winter of 2008.
