Imaginative space planning, original design aesthetic, and streamline organization were the goals of this renovation and they were surely surpassed.

Originally built in 1990, the 2000 square feet townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths featured a roof top deck and terrace. Although designed in a clean and contemporary style, after 8 years, the owners wanted to better the home’s organization and function, implement an aesthetic update as well as to create a more open floor plan for entertaining.

Through a collaboration of the designer’s inputs along with the client’s needs, in just under a year the home was transformed into a space that is family friendly by day yet still has a dynamic lounge feel by night.
