Grout problem
We laid porcelain outdoor tile on a covered deck and when grouting, we did not get the extra grout properly wiped and rinsed off the tile and now it is coated with dried grout. Is there anyway to clean this off?

Cracked Tile
How would I go about replacing pieces of cracked ceramic tile and making sure the grout would match? It has been down for at least 8-10 months.

Linoleum Removal
I'm removing kitchen linoleum from a house built in 1977. Much of the backing from the bottom layer is still stuck to the floor. Any removal tips? Precautions? I need it removed, as we are extending hardwood from an adjoining area, to open up kitchen, dining and living areas.

Engineered Flooring
We have taken up carpeting from a large area, however the foam backing is glued to the floor. Can we lay engineered flooring over this if we use the proper underlay for engineered flooring first, or is it necessary to scrape off all the foam backing first? It is a smooth surface and will be very labour intensive to remove this foam. Thank you.
