As the years pass by, the homes that were built in the 1950s to accommodate the baby boom start to feel darker and cramped. At least, that’s how these Etobicoke, Ontario homeowners felt about their space when they decided make a change. The home had a lot of room, but quartered-off areas made it feel smaller, and the layout was inconvenient for entertaining.
An out-of-date kitchen original to the home needed to be updated to reflect the new homeowners' desire to have a kitchen, which more accurately reflected their need for more storage and larger work surfaces.
